Robe, Collar, Court.. The Horns in the Garden.  If you're ready to follow the Lord your God with all your heart and mind, accept the legal stipend.  With the court of this scripture; the arrows you draw will sound like horns in the garden.  The Final Memo is that the speed of the arrows drawn in the heart and mind are to be rationed by the call of fire to your robe and the cool of your collar.  White House Logistics is the legal stipend between those who think, feel, and believe they know and those who call the Horns of the Lord to their Mystery's garden. 

The Mystery in Common is a Red Sea parting and the Mystery not held in common is the Jordan waiting.  Cross on dry land with robe, collar, court.
