Welcome to the 2nd installment of ReFlective Meditations, "The Transcripts".  If you participated in the Break-Thru Prayer Fast, I hope it was a blessing to you, and I hope you will continue to move closer to God in prayer.

ReFlective Meditation with The ReWIRE
Show Theme: Tunnel

The Set-Up:

Breathe- on the inhale we repeat, "I Am" and on the exhale, we repeat "God Is".  Take 4 deep breaths using this breathing and sustaining pattern.  Feel the weight lifting, and the release of God's perfect love.

Today- Let's look at the tunnel with new eyes.  Let's approach it with understanding and with the anticipation of victory.

Take a moment to breathe some more.  Now that the tunnel begins to transform. You too might begin to transform.

Feel the freedom around you.  Take in the warmth of a shining sun.  Enjoy the fresh air, and go be light!
The Exit:
Breathe- This time on the inhale, declare that "God Is" and on the exhale, declare, therefore…

The Set-Up:
Breathe- on the inhale we repeat, "I Am" and on the exhale, we repeat "God Is".  Take 4 deep breaths using this breathing and sustaining pattern.  Feel the weight lifting, and the release of God's perfect love.
Now Go- Today let your mind go on a walk.  It's a peaceful walk and the road is about to Blossom!
Now look again.  What do you see?
Breathe as you continue to reflect.
As you are filled with joy, let that place become your pivot point.  Just stay there a while and blossom.

The Exit:
Breathe- This time on the inhale, declare that "God Is" and on the exhale, declare, therefore "I Am".  Repeat this four times and be filled with power and authority.
